Ordering

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Everything we sell is curated to order, by hand, in our studio. Plan on 7–10 business days from order to ship, plus your selected transit time at checkout — typically 3–5 business days on standard, 2–3 on rush.

Can I rush an order?

Rush transit is offered at checkout. For time-sensitive gifts beyond that — a shower this weekend, a hospital arrival on Tuesday — write to us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with your order number and the date you need. We do our best to accommodate, and we'll be honest with you about what's possible.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders enter studio curation within 24 hours of placement. Email us within that window at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com and we can cancel or modify. After 24 hours, the order has entered curation and cannot be changed.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States. International shipping is available on request — write to us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com and we'll confirm rates and timing for your destination.

Gifts

Can I send an Edit directly to the recipient?

Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout, and yours as the billing address. We never include pricing or invoices in the package.

Can I include a personal note?

Yes. Add your message in the order notes field at checkout. We hand-write every card, on our branded stationery, in our own hand.

Will the gift be wrapped?

Every order is hand-wrapped in branded tissue and sealed with a card from us. Gift wrapping is included on every order, every time — you don't need to opt in.

Can I schedule a shipping date?

For time-specific arrivals — a baby shower, a hospital homecoming — let us know in the order notes or write to hello@milkandhoneybabies.com. We hold shipping dates whenever we can, and we'll tell you upfront if a timeline doesn't work.

Can the recipient return the gift?

Edits are final sale, including gift orders. Eligible individual items can be returned within 30 days for store credit, issued to the recipient. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full detail.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Complimentary shipping on orders over $175. For orders under $175, standard shipping is $7 at checkout. Rush transit is available for $15.

When will my order ship?

Everything ships from our studio in 7–10 business days, then transits in your selected window — typically 3–5 business days on standard, 2–3 on rush. You'll receive tracking by email when your order leaves the studio.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We ship to most addresses in the continental US, including APO/FPO. Some carriers may not deliver larger Edits to PO boxes — write to us if you have a question about your specific address.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We replace, refund, or credit as appropriate, and we cover any associated shipping.

Returns

What's your return policy?

Edits are final sale, because each is curated to order and assembled by hand. Eligible individual products may be returned within 30 days for store credit, in original condition. HATCH apparel, intimates, skincare, body care, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full detail.

Why are Edits final sale?

Each Edit is composed by hand, in our studio, for the order you place. We don't hold pre-packed Edits in inventory. Because of how they are made, we cannot accept returns once an Edit ships. We're happy to walk you through what's inside any Edit before you order — write to us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We respond within two business days with instructions.

How long until I receive my store credit?

Within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Credit is issued by email and is valid for one year from issue.

Concierge & Private Gifting

Do you do corporate gifting?

Yes. For corporate gifting, private registries, custom Edits built for a specific recipient, or bulk orders — write to us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com. We respond to concierge inquiries within two business days.

Can you build a custom Edit?

For private clients, we build curated Edits to specifications. Reach us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with what you have in mind, the recipient, and the budget you'd like to work within.

Do you offer registries?

Private registries are available on request. Email hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with the recipient's name, the occasion, and the date you need it ready by.
