Shipping policy

We ship within the United States, and we treat every shipment as an extension of the gift itself.

How our orders move

Everything we sell is curated to order — every edit composed, wrapped, and shipped from our studio once your order arrives. Plan on 7 to 10 business days for studio preparation, plus your selected transit window chosen at checkout — typically 3 to 5 business days on standard, 2 to 3 on rush.

Every product page shows this same window before checkout, so there are no surprises — only the gift.

Concierge gifting

If you need an edit to ship by a specific day — a baby shower Saturday, a hospital homecoming on a Tuesday — write us at checkout in the order note, or email us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com. We hold shipping dates whenever we can, and we'll always tell you upfront if a timeline doesn't work.

If you'd like a card written in your hand rather than ours, leave us your message in the order note and we'll letter it onto the card before we wrap.

Shipping, calculated honestly

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, what's in your order, and the transit speed you choose. Complimentary shipping on orders over $175.

Once it's on the way

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships. We watch each one until it lands — and if anything looks off on your end, write to us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com and we'll respond within one to two business days.

A note on addresses

Please take a moment at checkout to confirm your shipping address — especially if it's going somewhere other than your own. Most of what we ship is a gift, and a wrong address is the one thing we can't undo from our end. We're not able to take responsibility for delays caused by addresses entered incorrectly, but we will always help you work with the carrier to find a package that's gone astray.

If something goes wrong

A package that doesn't arrive on time isn't an inconvenience to us — it's a gift that didn't land when it was meant to. Lost in transit, marked delivered but not in hand, delayed past the window we promised — write to us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com. We'll work with the carrier and with you to make it right.
