Refund policy
We curate every Edit by hand, in our studio, one order at a time. Because of how each piece is composed, our return policy is specific. Read it once and you’ll know exactly where you stand.
The short version
- Edits are final sale. Because each Edit is curated to order and assembled by hand for the recipient, we cannot accept returns on Edits.
- Individual products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit, in original condition with original packaging.
- HATCH apparel and intimates are final sale, in keeping with industry standard for postpartum and nursing wear.
- Skincare, body care, and personal-care items are final sale once opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items, gift cards, and customized items are final sale.
- Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Why Edits are final sale
Each Edit at Milk & Honey Babies is curated to order — assembled by hand in our studio, wrapped in branded tissue, and prepared for the recipient you have in mind. Edits are not held in pre-packed inventory. Because of how they are made, we cannot accept returns on Edits once shipped. Please review the contents of each Edit carefully before ordering, and reach out to us at hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with any questions before placing the order. We are happy to walk you through what’s inside.
Returning an individual product
If an individual product (one not part of an Edit) is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for store credit. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact
- HATCH apparel, skincare, body care, intimates, and personal-care items are excluded
- Sale items, gift cards, and customized orders are final sale
To start a return, email hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll respond within two business days with return instructions.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service — items lost in transit cannot be credited.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Store credit
Store credit is issued by email within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Credit is valid for one year from issue and may be applied toward any future order at milkandhoneybabies.com.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, we make it right. Email hello@milkandhoneybabies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace, refund, or credit as appropriate, and we cover any associated shipping.
Gift recipient returns
If you received an Edit or product as a gift and would like to return an eligible item, email hello@milkandhoneybabies.com with the order number or the name and email of the person who sent it. Gift returns are issued as store credit to the recipient, valid for one year. Edits remain final sale, including gift orders.
Cancellations
Edits enter our studio for hand-curation within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel an order, email hello@milkandhoneybabies.com within 24 hours. After this window, the Edit has entered curation and cannot be canceled.
