Quincy Mae Modal Baby Swaddle in Stars Fog — modal cotton, soft-neutral palette. The light swaddle for the bassinet and the early stroller.

Little Chew Roy or Isa Teether — silicone teether in the brand's signature shape. One of two designs, selected at checkout.

Blabla Teeny Wooly — the small knit doll, hand-loomed in Peru. Soft enough for the first hand to hold.

Why we built it

First Things is the Edit we built for the gift sent before the baby arrives, or in the first week after. Four pieces, accessibly priced, chosen for what a new family actually opens and uses in the first weeks rather than what fills out a registry. The book set, the swaddle, the teether, the doll. Small, useful, well-considered.

Sizing and selection

The Quincy Mae swaddle is the Stars Fog colorway, chosen rather than selectable because the soft-neutral palette is what makes the Edit work as a gender-neutral gift. The Little Chew teether is offered in two designs — Roy or Isa — selected at checkout. The Paige Tate book set and the Blabla doll are not variant-selectable.
