Himalayan Chamomile Herbal Tea

Chamomile, and nothing else. The buds are hand-picked and sun-dried by a farmer-owned collective in the Tikapur and Bardiya districts of Nepal, which is why this one tastes of pineapple and honey instead of the dust at the bottom of a supermarket bag.

Caffeine-free, so it's easy to reach for at any hour. Makes about 30 cups.
